Maple Ridge II Wind Farm, which was also co-developed and co-owned with Iberdrola Renewables, has an installed capacity of 91 MW - enough to power approximately 27,000 homes each year. Maple Ridge’s second phase consists of 55 Vestas V82 1.65 MW turbines and it began commercial operation in late 2006. The wind farm’s electricity flows into the New York energy grid. Renewable Energy Credits are contracted to the New York Power Authority.
